Her experience encompasses jurisdictional challenges, interim injunctive relief, disclosure orders, debt recovery, and insolvency proceedings. In addition, she has experience in international commercial arbitration, including the issuance of measures in aid of arbitral proceedings and proceedings for the registration and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
