Our notable experience includes advising the Petrolina Group in a landmark acquisition from ExxonMobil of over 75,000 square meters of seaside land in southeast Larnaca, one of the most significant real estate deals in Cyprus in 2021. This acquisition, involving land previously used as fuel terminals and petroleum facilities, unlocks significant development potential in the area for the Petrolina Group and lays solid foundations for future growth in Larnaca. Additionally, we have successfully litigated several repossession actions, including applications for summary judgment and interim orders, resulting in courts awarding mean profits for the period during which trespassers unlawfully occupied our clients’ properties. We also secured a successful award for damages in favour of our client in an architectural malpractice action.
