Booker Limited, a leading UK wholesale distributor and subsidiary of Tesco, supplies over 1.5 million businesses nationwide through its extensive distribution network. The acquisition of Venus Wine & Spirit Merchants PLC, a renowned distributor of beverages with a rich history dating back to 1975, marks a significant milestone in the UK’s wholesale and beverage distribution sectors. Venus, with over 140 employees and operations in London and Leeds, is celebrated for its vast portfolio of wines, spirits, champagnes, beers, and soft drinks, supported by its own distribution fleet.
