Christos Topouzis is a Senior Associate in the Commercial department at Harris Kyriakides. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nicosia and is fluent in Greek and English.


Christos is an experienced civil and commercial litigator with a strong track record in both in-court and out-of-court matters. He regularly appears before the District Courts, the Supreme Court, and the Tender Review Authority. His expertise spans a broad range of sectors including construction, energy, and public procurement and has also been involved in arbitration, particularly in the construction sector.


He has successfully handled major commercial and civil cases involving injunctions, including cases related to non-compete clauses, bank guarantee liquidations, gagging orders, and complex intercompany disputes. Christos has also represented banking institutions in debt recovery and negotiated a multi-million euro loan restructuring, achieving a favorable out-of-court settlement.
